How could I have used this much water and why am I experiencing low pressure?
You could possibly have a leaky toilet or faucet or even a cracked line. One way to tell if water is going through your meter is to open the lid on your meter, the first screen will show the total amount of gallons on your meter, then close it and open it again. The electronic eye switches the screen to show you gallons per minute going through the meter at that moment. Your meter is digital and the last two numbers represent 100th of a gallon. Once your leak is resolved you should not see any activity on the meter and the second screen should show 0.00.
What is EYE ON WATER and how could it benefit me?
Eye On Water is a computer program or phone app that will allow you to see your water usage. You will see exactly what we see! You can break the usage down to the hour and then every 15 minutes if you choose. This allows you to see if you have water flowing through your meter at odd hours and may indicate a leak. You can also set up leak alerts so that you receive an email or text if the meter has water flow for the alert setting that you choose. Call the office if you need assistance in setting this program up.
